Hannah Contracts Limited were appointed to carry out the internal fit-out of this commercial office space into a premium business club, lounge and meeting space. The project demanded high quality finishes and bespoke joinery in a very tight programme of just 10 weeks. The works included:
- Strip out and demolition
- Construction of new linings and partitions
- Internal doors and frames
- Wall coverings, floor finishes and decorations
- Specialist bespoke joinery
- Mechanical and electrical installations
These works were completed on time and on budget, enabling the Client to open on time and begin trading.
