The Common, Stanmore
Demolition of an existing detached house, formation of a large basement using contiguous piles, and construction of a large four storey house in a sought after area of Stanmore. Works included new main timber staircase with glass wall and roof panels, a concrete spiral staircase, all new mechanical & electrical sytems, high spec finishes and bespoke joinery throughout. The feature chimneys were retained from the existing house, carefully restored and installed on to the roof of the new house.
